• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the links you shorten and the files you upload. By uploading or sharing content, you grant XLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and serve that content solely to execute the requested service.
• Third-Party Content Disclaimer: XLink acts as a passive conduit for user-generated content and redirects. We do not endorse, control, monitor, or assume liability for the destination websites of shortened links or the contents of files shared on our platform. Accessing shortened links and downloading shared files is done at your own risk.
